- 16. How can I make the cancellation for meeting room?
Member may cancel the meeting room at least 60 minutes prior via CoGo Community App or at Front Desk counter. If the requirement is made less than 60 minutes, it will not be accepted and member still get charged for the booking.

As a member, you will receive invitations to events by email you have registered with CoGo.
Information about events is also updated through the website: http://cogo.com.vn, CoGo App, Instagram and Facebook.
- 19. Can non-member be able to hold meetings, training or events at CoGo?
Yes, members and non-members are welcome to hold meetings, events, seminars at our centers. We provide the number of ideal location to hold events, seminars, training courses etc. At every CoGo center is fully equipped to host events with certain number of guests.
If you are interested in organizing an event at CoGo, please contact to our Community Manager.
- 20. Can I bring a dog or cat to the work area? What is CoGo's policy for PET?
Members do not bring any pets into the building. Currently, CoGo's policy with pets is subject to the rules of the Buildings.

- 22. Can I bring more items into the work area?
Please inform our Community Manager if you would like to add any items to your own office. However, please do not block the common area and entrances.
