    Besides the famous names such as Regus, Toong and Up, 2018 promises to be a great year for the Vietnamese market with the participation of new units NakedHub, CoGo and WeWork… are also planning to penetrate the Vietnamese market in the near future. Wework successfully acquired a large coworking space in China is NakedHUB (which owns two coworking spaces in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City)

    Among them, the newbie CoGo has just officially entered the market in June but has expressed great ambition in this field with the first two large centers with a total area more than 5,500 sqm. This August, the 3rd centre will be operated at Ho Guom Plaza bringing the total area to over 7,000 sqm.

    By the end of 2018 CoGo will have 5 centers with a total area more than 12,000 sqm. Just entering the market, CoGo creates a competitive edge by committing to a minimum annual budget of VND5 billion to support the start-up community through a policy of sponsoring 200 free slots (respectively 10% of total CoGo positions) for startups.

    Another advantage that many of the coworking space models in Vietnam do not have is CoGo has reached the average floor area of ​​larger buildings in Grade A and B ranges from 2,000 sqm to 3,000 sqm accurate international coworking space standards.
